Typically filed together when the relative is already in the U.S. Since April 2024, USCIS bills each form separately.
| Form | Online | Paper |
|---|---|---|
| I-130 General filing. | $625 | $675 |
| I-485 General filing, applicant 14 or older. | $1,390 | $1,440 |
| I-765 Filed with, or while you have a pending, I-485 (filed on/after Apr 1, 2024) | $260 | $260 |
| I-131 Advance parole / travel authorization. Separately, Pub. L. 119-21 charges an Immigration Parole Fee of $1,050 (FY 2027 amount, for parole granted on or after Oct. 16, 2026) each time DHS grants parole — collected by CBP at the port of entry when you return on advance parole, or by USCIS before it approves parole in place or re-parole. It is never paid with the I-131 itself. It cannot be waived. Applicants with a pending Form I-485 who return from temporary travel abroad are exempt, as are a few narrow emergency and humanitarian categories, and CBP decides at the border whether an exception applies. | $580 | $630 |
| Total USCIS filing fees | $2,855 | $3,005 |
A single rejected form can send the whole package back. You get the fee returned, not the months. FormGuard checks each form against the rejection reasons USCIS actually applies — before you mail it.

They do not include the medical exam (Form I-693, billed by the civil surgeon), attorney fees, translation or document-retrieval costs, premium processing where it is available, or fees the Department of State collects for consular processing.
Fee-reduction and fee-waiver situations exist for several of these forms — each form page above lists the ones recorded in the current schedule.
